ATTENTION: All of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
Scheduling Your Appointment
To ensure that you receive the time and day you desire, we recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the Spa.
Unable to Keep Your Appointment?
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice. Less notice or missed appointments will result in a 50% service charge.
Running Late?
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to relax and unwind. Arrivals after 10 minutes will be charged an additional late fee of $10 and service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals, although not guaranteed. In some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule services.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any of our service or gift certificate pricing. We are pleased to assist you with providing for gratuities if desired.
Confirmation Calls/Text
We will give you a complimentary reminder text 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Deposits
A $25 deposit for services not purchased on gift certificates are required and can be placed on MasterCard, Visa, Cash App, or Zelle. All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Client Forms
All clients must bring in filled out forms before treatments or have completed forms through link sent via email prior to appointment time. Download, PRINT, fill out, and bring the day of appointment if not completed electronically. Thank you!
