Please keep in mind that while some treatments are designed to address specific skin concerns, some customizations maybe necessary to adequately tailor services to fit each client's unique needs. Regardless of the service received, our goal is to create an overall naturally intoxicating experience by promoting relaxation and wellness.

Appointment Reminders

ATTENTION: All of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.



Scheduling Your Appointment
To ensure that you receive the time and day you desire, we recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the Spa.



Unable to Keep Your Appointment?
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule notice. Less notice or missed appointments will result in a 50% service charge. Same day & before/after-hours appointments require at least 2 hours cancellation/reschedule notice to avoid 50% service charge.



Running Late?
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to relax and unwind. Arrivals 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled time will be charged an additional late fee of $10 and service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals, although not guaranteed. In some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule services.



Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any of our service or gift certificate pricing. We are pleased to assist you with providing for gratuities if desired.

Confirmation Calls/Text
We will give you a complimentary reminder text 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Deposits
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and may be paid via MasterCard, Visa, Cash App, Zelle, or Afterpay. The deposit is applied toward your service total.

Same-day and before/after-hours appointments require an additional $25 fee, collected at booking, for a total $50 deposit. This fee is in addition to the service price.

All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
